By accessing BizPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is provided by MUTSTECH LTD for business management purposes.

2. Account Usage

Accounts are created by the system administrator. Users are required to change their initial password upon first login. You agree to provide accurate business information and maintain the security of your account.

3. Suspension and Termination

BizPulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our usage policies or fail to meet agreed-upon service requirements. Suspended accounts will lose access to the management dashboard until reactivated by an administrator.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data. BizPulse provides the tools to manage and export this data, but we are not responsible for data loss resulting from user actions or browser cache clearing while offline changes are pending.

5. Limitation of Liability

BizPulse is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% accuracy in analytics and inventory tracking, we are not liable for business decisions made based on the system's output.
